Production process
The materials of calipers are usually cast iron and aluminum alloy.

1. Forging: Pour the molten metal into the mold and obtain the shape and size of the caliper after cooling. This gives the caliper greater strength and wear resistance.
2. Heat treatment: Heat treatment can improve the hardness, toughness and wear resistance of the material. Heat treatment means that the brake caliper is quenched, tempered, and surface strengthened.
