1) The metal substrate is treated with hexavalent zinc chromate passivation, passing a 480-hour salt spray test, far exceeding industry standards.
2) Reinforced EPDM rubber seals withstand extreme temperatures from -40°C to 150°C, improving aging resistance by 35%.
3) OEM-grade stainless steel piston assembly with a mirror-polished surface, reducing the friction coefficient to 0.12μ.

• Intelligent Braking Force Distribution: A brake fluid channel designed using fluid dynamics simulation, combined with a progressive pressure release mechanism, reduces brake pedal travel by 15% and improves linear braking efficiency by 22%.

• Full-process quality assurance: Each set of calipers undergoes 3D laser scanning inspection, 25MPa hydraulic cycle testing, and 72-hour dynamic fatigue testing. Qualified products are packaged in nitrogen-filled, anti-oxidation packaging and include an AS3800-certified installation manual.

Compatible with the original vehicle's ABS/ESP system, the caliper comes pre-installed with an anti-shake bracket and an E-mark-certified connector kit. It supports plug-and-play OE diagnostics and reduces installation time by over 40%.
