We also offer custom brake calipers based on OEM numbers.Equipped with professional testing equipment, we mainly use casting and stamping processes for iron, aluminum, stainless steel, iron plates, rubber plates and rubber raw materials to produce high-quality brake.

Brake Caliper Functions

05/Resist Brake Fade to Ensure Sustained Braking Performance High-quality brake calipers are equipped with heat-dissipating components (e.g., vents) and heat-resistant materials (e.g., aluminum alloy). This prevents a drop in braking performance caused by high temperatures during prolonged braking scenarios (e.g., when driving downhill).
